ICICI BANK CASHBACK OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Cashback Offer (“Offer”) is a promotional offer administered and offered by ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) in partnership with Reliance Retail Limited (“JioMart”) on www.jiomart.com (“JioMart Website”) and on JioMart mobile application (“JioMart Mobile App”) (collectively referred to as “JioMart Platform”), for the sale of specified products displayed on the JioMart Platform (“Specified Products”).

PERIOD:

The Offer shall commence on 23^rd October 2021 (00:00:00 Hrs) and shall continue until 27^th October, 2021 (23:59:59 Hrs) (“Offer Period”), or such other date and/or time as maybe determined by JioMart (“Term of the Offer”).

ELIGIBILITY:

• This Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India, aged 18 or above on the Offer start date.
• Each JioMart customer (“User(s)”) should have a valid phone number and email address.

OFFER:

The User shall be eligible to avail the Offer only if the User fulfils the below condition:

1. User makes payment for purchase of the Specified Products using selected ICICI BANK Credit card, Debit card or Internet Banking, as may be determined by JioMart and/or ICICI BANK from time to time; and
2. The total value of a single order for purchase of Specified Products on the JioMart Platform is equal to or greater than Rs.1,000.00, after taking into account all applicable discounts, if any.

Upon purchasing Specified Products in accordance with the above, eligible User shall receive a cashback of flat 10%, subject to a maximum of Rs. 500.00 (For clarity, the maximum cashback that can be availed under this Offer is Rs. 500.00 on Credit Card, Debit Card or Internet Banking).

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Maximum cashback per User during the Offer Period will be Rs. 500.00. The Multiple transactions summing up to Rs. 1000.00 on an ICICI Bank Credit Card, Debit Card or Internet Banking will not be eligible for the Offer.
2. Cashback can be availed only once per each ICICI Bank Credit Card, Debit Card or Internet Banking User during the entire Term of the Offer.
3. Cashback for Debit card/Credit card transactions to be credited to the User’s bank account within 90 days from the end of the Offer Period. 
4. Cashback for Internet Banking transactions to be credited to customer’s JioMart wallet as gift card within 90 days from the end of the Offer Period. 
5. In case of full cancellation/return of order, the transaction will not qualify for the Offer. All products returned by the User shall be entertained solely as per JioMart’s prevailing product return policy.

Jiomart 10% cashback offer on the RBL bank

1. This marketing program (“Offer”) is for all the RBL Bank (“RBL Bank”) Debit & Credit card holders shopping on www.jiomart.com(“JioMart”) and is open to all the card holders with a valid and unexpired RBL Bank Debit & Credit Card (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent by RBL Bank.
2. The Offer will be made available 15^th September (00:00:00 Hrs) to 19^th September 2021 (23:59:00 Hrs) (“Offer Period”), unless extended by RBL Bank.
3. Eligibility: This Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Offer start date.
4. During the Offer Period, eligible cardholder can avail cash back Offer from RBL Bank on transactions undertaken on JioMart, using RBL Bank Debit & Credit card as below, during the Offer Period.

1. 1. This marketing program (“Offer”) is from AU Bank Ltd., offered for the customers shopping on www.JioMart.com (“JioMart”) and is open to all residents of India holding a valid and unexpired AU Bank Debit & Credit Cards (“Cardholder”) and to whom a communication is sent either by AU Bank.
   2. The Offer will be made available from 1^st September, 2021 00:01 to 30^th September, 2021 23:59 (“Offer Period”), unless extended by AU Bank.
   3. Under this Offer:
   • Eligible cardholder can avail Cash back offer from AU Bank on transactions undertaken on www.jiomart.com of Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”), using AU Bank Debit or Credit cards as below, during the Offer Period.

   8. Any query regarding the cash back will be entertained by AU Bank till 90 days after the date of transaction/ purchase. Post such date; AU Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any cardholder.
   9. In case of full cancellation/return of order, transaction will not qualify for the Offer under this Offer. If customer cancels a part of his/her order, or if customer has not been supplied full order, he/she will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount paid on the basis eligibility.
