Since 3 months I am trying
I had ordered for around 20000rs. Last 2 months I haven’t got any loyalty points till now .
I also purchased from jiomart and made a lot of pjrchases above Rs 200. But no points are updated against my number. I have called jiomart customer care number a n number of times and they are giving reliance retail loyal points customer care number, when i called them then again they are telling me to call back to jiomart customer care number. There is no proper helpline to be called to sort out this issue.
This cycle is going on still no points upadted.
You should go to reliance fresh or other reliance store and just give your phone no. at the time of bill. Then u will get free membership and ROne loyalty points on every order.
