But Jio is not supporting PUBG relaunch in India. Now gaming company is following airtel for the same.

The new partner will operate on behalf of the company in India. The claims and leaks are giving signs of Reliance Jio to be the potential partner. As of now, both the companies have not released any official statement regarding the partnership

According to a resources, PUBG is in an early conversation with handing over distribution rights for the Indian market to Airtel. The gaming Data has shown that PUBG has seen a 26% fall in global downloads and play in the month of September and onwards and the primary reason for the same is the ban on PUBG in the India.

If the deal comes through, it will help PUBG get hold of one of its largest markets, and facilitate Airtel’s entry into the online gaming market in India.

With its ban in India, PUBG Corp cleared that Tencent Games would no longer handle its India franchise. PUBG Corporation is the publisher and developer of the 2017 blockbuster battle royale video game, PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS (PUBG), on different platforms. This led to speculations that PUBG Mobile will soon be unbanned in India.
