According to resources, the South Korean company has discussed the Revenue Share and Localization with Reliance Jio.

But Jio is not supporting PUBG relaunch in India. Now gaming company is following airtel for the same.

With 175 million of installations in Indi market, accounts for a quarter of the business of PUBG Mobile, according to a report by Sensor Tower. Therefore, it is of no shocking that the corporation is in a hurry to get the PUBG game unbanned in India.

Earlier, India’s largest telecom service provider company Reliance Jio and makers of PUBG Lite Games joined hands to give a better experience of this free to play the game. Under this partnership, Jio users who register for PUBG Lite will be given exclusive rewards.

The new partner will operate on behalf of the company in India. The claims and leaks are giving signs of Reliance Jio to be the potential partner. As of now, both the companies have not released any official statement regarding the partnership

PUBG Mobile has started having a relationship with telecom giant Airtel for the India rights. According to a resources, PUBG is in an early conversation with handing over distribution rights for the Indian market to Airtel. The gaming Data has shown that PUBG has seen a 26% fall in global downloads and play in the month of September and onwards and the primary reason for the same is the ban on PUBG in the India.

If the deal comes through, it will help PUBG get hold of one of its largest markets, and facilitate Airtel’s entry into the online gaming market in India.

With its ban in India, PUBG Corp cleared that Tencent Games would no longer handle its India franchise. PUBG Corporation is the publisher and developer of the 2017 blockbuster battle royale video game, PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS (PUBG), on different platforms. This led to speculations that PUBG Mobile will soon be unbanned in India.
